As many hours of your day is spent in the office it is important to bring a good flow of positive energy into the office to assist with your health and create an atmosphere of abundance and prosperity and wealth. Feng Shui is the interior design and placement of Feng Shui products to attract good energy or chi for wealth, abundance and prosperity.

A good Feng Shui Office should be located in the most prosperous section of the building or home which is the northern area or the career section. Although this is not always possible other good areas for your office, are the wealth section, skills and talents section or the fame and recognition section.

To work out the different Feng Shui sections of a home or office one needs to use a compass and then follow a bagua or map to identify the different sections for success with Feng Shui.

   Other Important Feng Shui Office Tips Include:

Firstly a good Feng Shui office should be free from clutter. Never have an in and out box on your desk top and try to maintain only the relevant paperwork that you are using at any time on your desk top.

Always ensure you have a solid wall behind where you sit at your desk to create an atmosphere of support behind you. Never sit with a window behind you back.

Place your desk so you have a clear view of the doorway so you will not be startled by people when entering the room. If this is not possible place a small mirror on the desk top so you can see the doorway.

Ensure you have space around you desk so you can walk around the desk so as to not cramp your energy flow.

Never place a shelf over the top of your desk as this creates a feeling of burdens crashing on you at any time and symbolizes difficulties and burden.

Place Office equipment such as computer, telephone and fax machines in the south eastern section of the office - the wealth section as this will promote money and contracts. Place your till or money container in this wealth section of the office as well.

Never place any office equipment on the desk top or near the front door,that has sharp blades as this symbolizes negativity or a sharp finger pointed at you, (negative energy that your business does not need).

Always ensure the office door is in good order and swings freely. Never have the office door jammed up against your office desk as this will block prosperous energy in the office.

Never place your office desk between two doorways. This allows your prosperity chi to flow in and then it will flow out the other door along with all your prosperity. If your are unable to correct this problem place a wall divider between the desk and the doorway wherever possible. Also place mirrors to direct the chi in your office.

Never place equipement near the front door. Heat causes the dispersal of good chi from your office.

Place a fish tank in the south western section of your office to attract prosperity and wealth.

Unsure that all vases are kept full of fresh flowers or place away in the cupboard. An empty vase near the front door will enable good chi to be sucked from your business along with all your prosperity.

Place a faceted crystal or paper weight on paper work connected with contracts and or incoming money to assist with positive energy of increased abundance. Never place the crystal on the bill pile as this will increase your bills also.

    Candles In The Office


If you wish to have candles in your office or place of work ensure the wicks have been burnt atleast once as a candle that has not been burnt represents limitations to opportunities.

Place good quality air purifier in the office and always open the windows to allow positive chi to flow in. Good ventilation is of the highest importance.
