Chakra Meditation Healing
Many people who follow the practice of daily Chakra Meditation Healing state they feel completely refreshed, calm and full of peace. They report feeling more balanced and are full of vitality. Chakra Balancing of the seven chakra is very important for your health and happiness and is easily achieved by doing regular Chakra Balancing Meditation. Many Many people today are more stressed, tired and physically, mentally and emotionally tired than ever before. And as our life styles are becoming more hectic the need to implement Chakra Meditation into our lives to keep ourselves balanced and in harmony is vital.
The aim of Chakra Meditation is to slow down the physical vibration within the human body. It has been well document that the connection between the chakra and the corresponding organs is very clear. When the chakras are not in balance they become uneven in size and dark, dull or murky. Also our outer energy fields (aura or subtle body) are affected resulting in anxiety, pain, discomfort, illness and disease. When the chakra’s become blocked they cause the organs and glands to act sluggish or malfunction. Chakra Meditation has been practised for thousands of years and is still considered one of the best methods of balancing the chakra's for general good health and well being.
The main aim of a Chakra Meditation is to cleans and align the chakra energy systems. There are seven main charkra which spin on its own axis and vibrate at different speeds depending on the energy levels of its own body. These chakra’s differ in size, colour and activity for each person. There are several methods for aligning your charka system, so it is a simple matter of trying the different meditations and finding the most comfortable one that suits you. Some will be easier than others. Often I hear people say “Oh I carn’t meditate” or “It’s all beyond me”. This is not true! Everyone can meditate easily, using a few simple instructions and tools. Before commencing a Chakra Meditation healing seesion always take the time to organize yourself, so you will not be disturbed. Place a sign on the door if necessary. Play soft music, burn pure essential oils in a burner or burn some of your favourite incense if you wish. Make yourself comfortable and relax and enjoy the process. Remember this is your special time to balance your chakra’s and revitalize your energy system to maintain optimal health and well being.
To commence a Charka Meditation you need to sit erectly with the spine straight or lie flat on the floor so the spine is straight. Your posture is extremely important with Chakra Meditation. If this is not possible then do the meditation in any position that you can.
Breathing is very important with Chakra Meditation. Start by inhaling and exhaling in a slow, deep and relaxed balanced rhythm.
Depending on your lung capacity you may inhale and hold for the count of three and exhale for the count of three. If it is comfortable for you inhale and exhale for the count of five continue. I really doesn’t matter as long as it is easy and comfortable for you and in even rhythm. Allow you awareness and focus on the balanced breathing rhythm. Once this is achieved allow your focus to gently move down to your base chakra. This will allow all the chakras to come to your awareness and slow down even more, inducing deeper relaxation.
Visualise each chakra as a coloured ball which spins over the chakra. Start at the base chakra, imagine it as bright red ball spinning around and around growing larger and larger. Feel the energy of the colour red in your base chakra as you meditate you may see the charka wheel spinning. Allow this coloured energy to continue to spin until the chakra is completely clean and vibrant in colour. Follow this process through each chakra using the colour guide for each chakra to complete the Chakra Meditation process. With regular practice you will achieve complete chakra balancing · The Seven Charkra's The Root Chakra: This is the physical layer – Red The Spleen Chakra: This is the emotional layer – The Solar Plexus Chakra: This is the mental or intellectual layer - Yellow The Heart Chakra: This is the astral layer. - Green The Throat Chakra: This is the etheric layer – Blue The Brow Chakra: The "Third Eye " is the celestial layer. Indigo The Crown Chakra: This is the ketheric layer – Violet Follow the same procedure for the above chakra balance meditation only visualise a white light entering the crown chakra and going down through each of the seven chakra until you reach the base chakra. Then visualise the white light flowing like a stream down through your body. Feel this beautiful pure white energy within your body vibrating out into your aura. Breathe slowly and deeply and enjoy the bliss of chakra balancing meditation.
